April Showers bring May flowers but before we can start talking about April or May we must March into April with solid knowledge about what came to be in Game of War in the month of March. You all are very welcome for my completely cheesy opening lines! This month, once again brought a lot of changes to the Dragon Dimension and we will be covering all of them right here. So let’s dive in.
What are Monthly Recaps?
Monthly Recaps are when we look back at the past month and the releases we saw. While you will be able to find this content in other articles as well, you will find the basics here. These basics include:
- The Release
- Details of the Release
- Any early costs collected
New Spring Loyalty Rewards
Let’s kick off this month with a look at the newest Loyalty rewards being offered in the Dragon Dimension. Verdant Spring Loyalty Rewards are earned through purchasing packs in the Gold Star and filling your Loyalty Streak Bar. As you fill this bar you will earn resource chests and other rewards. However, the rewards that are really important to note here are for our Wonder players and include a New Banner and New Gem to help you Dominate at Wonder.
Stronghold Level 140
Our Strongholds are once again rising in levels with 140 being our new max level. As with previous Stronghold level increases, we will see new and higher stats with these levels. In order to level up buildings, you will need Elite Building Blueprints.

Imperial General Gear Set
We have once again been graced with another new Gear Set. This Gear Set is for our Attackers. With Empire Assault Stats that exceed that of our previous attack Set it is definitely one you will want to be looking at if you enjoy setting other players on fire.
The Details
We have created a Comparison Chart for this gear looking at its stats versus the stats of our previous attack Gear. While you do lose some Attack March Speed it is clear to see that the stats on our New Imperial General Gear Set far exceed the previous Power Shaman Gear.
Hydro Dragon Level 200
New Hydro Dragon levels have been expected after seeing our Inferno Dragon Rise to level 200. These new levels have some amazing stats that exceed even the stats we are seeing on our Inferno Dragon at Level 200. In order to level up, you will need Void Hydro Dragon Level Up Crystals.
The Details
For more information about new Hydro Dragon Levels be sure to check out our article, How to Train your Hydro Dragon 4.
New Monster Levels
As Monster Levels have continued to rise we are now seeing some of our Monsters go to level 60. You will need new badges for these first three monsters that have risen in levels.

Powerforged Gear Set
With the cost of T7 being so high we have been yelling for RSS reductions and our pleas have been heard. New Powerforged Gear is a training gear that is designed specifically to reduce the RSS cost of T7. The downside? This gear does not include Time reductions for training.
The Details
For more information about this new training gear be sure to check out our article, Training Troops Efficiently in the Dragon Dimension.
Potions
Potions have become a regular thing to see on a monthly basis. All of these potions are limited-time purchases however, with them changing up on a monthly basis you have plenty of opportunities to get the latest potions for your playstyle.
The Details
These potions bring stats for different playstyles with Wonder, Empire Assault, and Empire Defense Vials and Ingredients.
Master Garrison Level 160
New Master Garrison Levels have arrived. We periodically see this building being updated with newer and higher stats. The biggest thing to note with this increase is that it did not increase Solo or Rally Size marches like it typically does.
The Details
Check out the Stat increase from level 150 to 160.
The Cost
We are still working on gathering the cost of this release, however, from early levels it appears it may slightly deviate from previous patterns.
