        3. Hero Training Blessing
        4. Hero Research Blessing
        5. How To Use Hero Blessings

One of the best features of Hero 61+ in Game of War is the amazing boosts you can give out to alliance mates via hero blessings.  These boosts or blessings are massive and if used strategically they can really provide your alliance mates the boosts they need to gain massive amounts of power in just a short period of time.

Let’s take a look at what each of these blessings provides and how to use them!

Game of War Hero Blessings Requirements

We first brought you an article on Hero 61+ Upgrades in general.  However, I felt it necessary to discuss Hero Blessings in more detail.

      Hero Blessings

      Hero Construction Blessing

This blessing requires Hero Construction Boost skill acquired at Hero Level 61.  It provides a construction speed boost for an alliance mate of your choosing, and it requires a Blessing Orb to use.  This blessing provides 100% Construction Speed for 30 minutes.

      Hero Production Blessing

Production Blessing requires the Hero Production Boost skill that is acquired at Hero Level 62.  Just as the name suggests, it provides a production speed boost of: +140,000% Resource Production, and +2,000% Production Capacity.  This blessing also requires a Blessing Orb available only from the Gold Store.  I assume it lasts for 30 minutes, the same as the other blessings.

      Hero Training Blessing

The Hero Training Blessing is available at Hero Level 63 and provides 150% Training Boost and +750% Troop Queue for 30 minutes when you use Blessing Orb to boost your alliance mate!

      [the_ad id=”18857″]

      Hero Research Blessing

A Hero Research Blessing becomes available at Hero Level 64 and provides +150% Research Speed Boost for 30 minutes when you use a Blessed Orb.

      How To Use Hero Blessings

Using Hero Blessings is pretty simple.  Once you achieve the necessary Hero levels and place talent points in the skill tree you are ready to get your blessing game on!

      1. Find an alliance mate you wish to bless by having them post their cords in alliance chat.
      2. Tap on their city and you will see a “Hero Blessing” option.
      3. Choose which Blessing to use.

Reminder: you must have Blessed Orbs to give them a blessing. Also, you can give out one of each blessing, but only one per alliance member.

The blessings don’t last too long but if your alliance mate plans properly, in combination with an Infinite Inferno, he can amass a huge army! Or burn through tons of research while completing multiple infernos for huge rewards!

In my alliance, we are beginning to get some Hero 65 players and these blessings are awesome!  A 150% Research boost really makes a difference in those long March Tree Researches.  If you have an alliance mate giving out these blessings be sure to thank them for their investment!

      Sharing is caring.

I can’t get my hero blessings to activate. My hero skill points are all down the right side. Everything is set at bare minimum and the only things mastered are the blessings. I have orbs! I see them in my items. But I can’t select them. I have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I equip my hero skills in the preset screen. Is there research I missed???

You know, I had this same issue when using Skill Presets. I found that I had to place at least one point into the equipment before the skills actually took.
To avoid this problem I made an equipment preset and skilled it to include blessings. For instance my construction set. So whenever I want to bless someone I just switch to my construction set and it works. Just remember to switch back afterwards.

Try this, next time you switch to that preset you made add one point of skill to anything after you select the preset, then try to bless a friend. That’s how I was able to force my Skill Preset for Blessings to work.

          Good luck!

            Hi Darkthorne
I faced the similar error using hero preset.

I couldn’t work out by what you meant by adding one point of skill to anything after you select the preset.

Possible for you to give a detail explanation on this ? i’m sure a lot of us are facing the same scenario.

            thank you

It works perfectly if you make an Equipment Skill Preset and include the blessings in the Hero Skill Tree. Don’t use a Hero Skill Preset.

Again, place the hero skills for blessings into your actual equipment preset for something such as construction gear.

Will blessings and boosts work togetherness? For example, if I have a 50% research boost in effect, and I am bestowed with a research blessing, is it additive, or does the blessing cancel out the boost? Also, please clarify the number of blessings that can be given per member. Is one per member permanent? Can I give one of each type of blessing per member?

Can you have more than one blessing at a time? That is can two alliance members bless you at the same time?

MGd and LS didn’t kill off 106. 106 killed itself off collectively as a kingdom. Too many old grudges from every alliance that prohibited the kingdom from ever being able to work together during ke and tournaments. Also didn’t help that idF would hit 106’s traps during ke to alert outlanders who not to hit. When was the last time idF held and closed the wonder there? Over a year ago??? Only two alliances there worth a damn are MGd and VK at this point. Everyone got tired of the kingdom warring and zeroing itself. LS didn’t get run out of 106, we left of our own volition…why? Because idF is TOXIC. Reese and Leffe are TOXIC not to mention bigots and racists.

Darkthorne is one of the most knowledgeable players in the game and is always happy and willing to help and teach others, as is all of MGd. Don’t slander him with falsehoods because you’re butt hurt you got burned by his team.
Ps: I love pants off dance off Weds, and Canadian just wishes he could get nerf solos like I do!! LMAO

Darkthrone sucks at gow, just look at his stats. Datk and his alliance are really just a bunch of farmers, which originated from k94. K94 NEVER won any tournaments/cups, and actually would normally place last or close too it. Yes, it gets worst. After MGd ran k94 to the ground, they lost in a merger to k106 (which was the kingdom of their choice). After which they declared that “they would fix all current problems in k106” with the help of L.S. FYI, they lost the war and L.S has been chased out of k106 by their enemies. K106 is now a dead kingdom!! Which has lost every tournament/cup. Lastly MGd has never even attempted to fight for the super wonder due to its inexperienced players. These are the type of players who are passing tips out, so if you ever wondered why it’s not working; now you know!!!

LS was chased out? You are sadly mistaken. K106 is dead. Nothing there to fight. Get your facts straight. You sound more butt hurt than factual. Dark is very informative and is surrounded by some of the most talented players in the game and is always up to date with the information. I have seen his dedication to always getting the info correct and fast.

If you call out someone you should get your facts correct first….

First of all, LS did not leave the kingdom because they were run out by their enemies. They left because they were getting bored hitting the same targets and the kingdom not working together for KvKs. They were looking for some different scenery to spark gameplay and being part of a kingdom that had a chance to win events.

Secondly, 106 doesn’t win trophies because there is no coordinated effort among all the alliances and top players in the kingdom. When we have worked together in the past we’ve had success and ranked really high in the tournaments. But working together is a real issue in this kingdom with the personalities involved.

Third, yes MGD does have a lot of farms and we have some players who have very successfully created, very lucrative Farm systems for us. I am personally proud of this fact because it allowed some players to grow by trading resources for speeds and helping some of the other players within the alliance succeed. Not everyone is a big spender and have to come up with other ways to be successful in the game. Farms for the most part are obsolete and I can tell you personally MGD does not do much for me anymore.

Fourth, to be competitive with the super wonder you need an alliance of 100 players who are all big spenders. Many of our larger players have joined other alliances/teams to help them out during the super wonder events. Very few players in any alliance can be competitive in that competition. I believe the leadership of MGd will be the first to say that we do not have the quantity of spenders to be competitive and fight for the super wonder as an alliance. This doesn’t mean that we don’t have expert players, it just means that we don’t have 100 players with deep pockets. This is a pretty lame criticism for the most part. The majority of players playing this game don’t even look at the super wonder event as a viable option.

In summary, I can tell you that MGd spends tons of resources in testing new equipment, cores and strategies. There are many very smart and technical players in this alliance (much more than I am) who are very quick to analyze the statistical impact that all the different variables have on the game. It’s probably one of the reasons why some of the most successful traps in the game and biggest single hits come out of this alliance. The willingness of many of the players of sharing this information publicly and not keeping it for themselves or for our alliance, shows a high level of integrity that these players in this alliance have and the love they have for the game. Yes we have our enemies and our critics, but in the end, this is a wargame with the ultimate goal of attacking, destroying your enemies, and winning. Damn proud to be MGd. -Fabdog

Correct. Blessed Orbs are a useable item. You must have one to give out blessings. Each blessing given requires a blessed orb.

Something does not add up on the stack. If a player has a boost of 1500% and I bless 750 %. What should be the total que? We see it going from 5.11 mill to 5.77 mill. Is this right?
